Because all Stage Ready Resources products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email] with:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll resolve it promptly.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely entered production and cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
